Payroll AssistanceCapturing unpaid leaves, Confirming that legally mandated and optional deductions have been processed correctly, Addressing queries about payroll-related issues, Working to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency, Coordinating with the Payroll Officer in preparing all documents and calculations in time, Drafting and maintaining payroll reports, etc.4. Policy ManagementRegularly update the policies and prepare documents to educate the staff.5. Compensation & BenefitsMeticulously design competitive pay structures, ensuring fair employee compensation. Perform Salary mapping to align salaries with industry norms, fostering talent retention and attraction while maintaining cost-effectiveness.6.
