As Founder and Partner of Conscious Business People, I work with next-generation business leaders to build successful new ways of doing great business.I’m also a trained accountant, Insights Discovery Practitioner and practising psychotherapist.I started out as an accountant because I was drawn to business, and wanted to work at the heart of it. But after a decade sitting in a dozen board rooms, I began to question how I was spending my life.I retrained as a therapist, at least in part, because I wanted to learn much more about relationships, and what motivates us.Today, I firmly believe building good challenging relationships is what business success and sustainability are all about.In 2005 I moved from London to Brighton. Here I met people who were talking about “Conscious Business”, and knew I’d found my home.For the first time I had a label to describe what I was experiencing, and together we created Conscious Business People.We design and deliver interventions to businesses which want to become more agile, innovative, profitable, sustainable and collaborative – and in which power is devolved.It’s what I’m all about. People value my challenging, supportive affirming approach.
