- I led the business development, account service and marketing for SoHo, SMB and entry-levelEnterprise storage products in the following countries: Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey.- Built up the company's distribution channel in the region, more than doubled the number of direct distributors and multiplied the number of Tier 2 partners.- Expanded the EEU team from a one-man-army to 10 people and led them to several sales records, on average a 15% YoY growth.- Represented the company in international trade shows (CeBIT, Computex) as well as in customer roadshows where I conducted product and feature trainings and demos.- Planned the B2B and B2C marketing strategy of the company in the region, working together with a couple of PR companies and several local media in every country.

- I oversaw the entire purchasing process and stock management of computer parts and photo products of over 1000 different items in stock and over 8000 items in "available in days" status. This process also included price negotiations with suppliers and the price setting of every product.- I also got involved in the supplier sourcing and contract negotiations with new brands which in my time in the company resulted 10 new brands with the added turnover of over 2 million USD. For these acquired new brands I arranged B2B product launch activities and boosted the brand awareness.- As the key account manager, I kept daily contact with the company’s top customers with 30% share of the total revenue.- Represented the company in international trade shows as Distree XXL, CeBIT and Computex.
