During the late dept collection process, I prepare and construct statements of claim. Bring them forward and represent the municipality in court cases. I also negotiate with debtors in order to reach agreement.Investigation and solving customer complains also belong to my responsibilities.Later I cooperate with bailiffs during execution in order to get income as much as possible.
