As a dedicated theatre and performing arts management professional, I bring over a decade of experience in leading and coordinating innovative productions and cultural projects. Currently, I serve as the General Manager of Bethlen Square Theatre, fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment for contemporary dance and multidisciplinary arts. My role as Operative Manager at CEDT further emphasizes my commitment to enhancing the performing arts landscape.At Bethlen Square Theatre, our mission is to become a Central European hub for multidisciplinary, contemporary, and collaborative arts. We aim to be a center for contemporary performing artists, providing a supportive environment where they can develop and realize their artistic visions. Our goal is to offer a creative workshop and platform for the region’s diverse artistic community.To support this vision, I am actively involved in expanding Bethlen Square Theatre’s international presence. We are participating in the EU Beyond Front project and organizing international festivals. Additionally, I played a key role in the codification process of the future Performing Arts Act, contributing to the strategic framework for the sector.I have been involved in significant CE projects such as DemArt and Life Bauhausing, which focus on enhancing artistic collaboration and promoting cultural diversity across Europe. DemArt aims to democratize the arts by increasing accessibility, while Life Bauhausing integrates Bauhaus is foster sustainable and innovative design and performance.We are seeking tech partners to integrate tech and performing arts, highlighting our commitment to innovation. Hosting the BP Dance Hack residency as part of the EU Dance Hack, culminating in a collaborative demonstration.My experience includes key positions at Budaörsi Latinovits Theatre and the University of Theatre and Film Arts in Budapest, where I honed my skills in production management, strategic planning, and audience engagement. With a foundation in legal practice and specialized training in theatre management from Werk Academy and Hungarian Writers’ Academy, I possess a blend of creative and managerial expertise. My skills encompass everything from legal documentation and budget planning to grant application and conflict resolution.I am passionate about creating transformative theatre experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and contribute to the cultural fabric of our communities.
