After gaining diverse work experiences throughout my college years, I embarked on a journey with a printing company as a calculator and production planner. It became immediately apparent to me that relying on manual calculations and paper-based production plans, which were common practices at the time, led to significant inefficiencies and a heightened risk of errors.Taking matters into my own hands, I took the initiative to digitize the entire calculation and quoting process using Excel. This achievement propelled me into the role of Production Director and Key Account Manager, where I successfully coordinated the efforts of four departments, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.After five years, I ventured to Sweden, where circumstances compelled me to take a leap of faith and establish my own company, despite the challenges posed by the peak of the financial crisis. Against all odds, I not only managed to steer the company through turbulent times but also witnessed remarkable growth over the course of a decade. Ultimately, I made the decision to sell the company, achieving this feat within an astonishing three-month timeframe.I believe that anyone would agree that these achievements clearly showcase my resourcefulness, adaptability to new circumstances, and capacity of overcoming challenges and difficulties.
