Central Media Group is one of the biggest publisher of online and print magazines in Hungary.The support, development and financial informatic teams I manage are responsible for the development and operation of the business IT systems of the media company. During my leadership the online subscription system of the company had got a new design and a new backend. The ERP system was renewed as well. We introduced CRM technology in the fields of sales, deployed an IP telephone exchange, and successfully developed and properly documented the new processes required for GDPR.

The main task of this department was to support the IT devices and systems of the company. I have been involved in transforming the company's IT services from a cost center into a profit center. Main projects: transforming the media company into several smaller companies and developing IT processes of them, coordinating the development of controlling systems to support accounting processes.

My task was to coordinate the work of the support team in order to provide collegues with system support and technological support in the field of informatics and telecommunication. The support group was responsible for all the IT devices (PCs, graphic workstations, mobile devices, printers) of the users and for planning and purchasing investments. As a Project Manager my responsibilities were the organization and coordination of the special business tasks such as call center application selection, business intelligence applications and reporting tools for instance. I participated in creation of tenders and evaluation of several tenders in the field of IT. I participated in the preparation of the Company's IT security regulations and telecom rules and in the preparation of the annual Disaster Recovery Plans. I centralized the acquisition of IT tools, making this process more transparent. I organized the company's telecom subscriptions to a common fleet, reducing the company telecom costs by almost 50 percent and making it predictable. I standardized the company's printing tools and reduced printing costs by half. Main Projects: Integrating the aquired products to the IT system of the company, Call Center application selection for Profession.hu, Creating Web Reports to distribution department, Improving License Management.

I worked as a troubleshooter here on the first place. In the meantime I helped solving informatical problems for foreign students and teachers of the university.
