László is seasoned expert with a ~ 20-year track record in various industries and sectors as a management consultant. His speciality is Institutionalizing Continuous Improvement using BPMS, Lean and Six Sigma techniques while also putting emphasis on the cultural and change management aspects. He is an experienced trainer of Lean Six Sigma in Insurance, Pharma and Energy industries and in the Shared Service Center sector.He had the opportunity to directly manage project teams up to 20 consultants, while taking a Counsellor role of 10+ direct reports.As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (General Electric) He is much interested in statistical modelling which enabled Him to participate in quantitative ERM and cost allocation type of engagements, while also has the necessary skills to facilitate Kaizen / Lean VSM workouts.In Egis He directly works with and mentors 10 Lean Six Sigma BBs and 50 GBs.As a recent challenge He is the member of the Digitalization Core Team in Egis managing the RPA End-2-End cycle as a Demand Manager. In this sense He is familiar with agile methods and ceremonies working with scrum masters.László is married and has a 14-year-old daughter.He studied special maths in Fazekas Mihály Secondary School and holds a bachelor’s degree from the International Business School.
