As HR Tools Specialist Provide 2nd/3rd lvl application support.Ensure contact with process teams to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of designated processes for tools covered. Deliver tool specific training to generalists and colleagues. Responsible for ensuring fix packs for HR applications are tested thoroughly, and implemented quickly and correctly to involve minimal disruption to the customer wherever possible. As AdviseHR Administrator: Execute the AdviseHR processes Administration and knowledge of the local IT, telephony, network Ensure and coordinate account specific end user training on the AdviseHR application and business need Take part in application testing on new AdviseHR releases/maintenance. Represent account on the global AdviseHR calls Support the business controls’ compliance Take part/coordinate new AdviseHR projects and rollouts on new accounts Maintain and document AdviseHR related processes/accesses on account Provide single user support (Level 2) for the AdviseHR application.
