Manage design and process related files, prototyping, testing, verification and implementation as well.Hunt for the various defects in design and process level where improvements are needed.Make root cause analysis (RCA) based on the FMEAs, Customer Complaints, Service logs or other findings. Complete or partly redesign of parts, sub-assemblies and processes, generate 3D files, drawings, make tolerance stack up analysis, manage the prototyping, testing and design verification.Review the current production documentation. Gap analysis Develop the design and the manufacturing processes, tools to increase the robustness of the product.Keep the documentation up to date (drawings, 3d parts and assemblies, manufacturing process instructions, production routers, quality inspection instructions, BOM, DMR, …) Release the new versions through an engineering change control process.Live support the production processes.Involved in the project of cost reduction, risk management (mainly FMEA) and creation of their documents (both design and process). Making decisions in quality improvement. Prepare and manage change controls both in design and process level.
