The result speaks for itself: no unplanned downtime in the past 4 years.- Development of an effective solution for mass installation of tens of thousands of machines (~2500-3000 computers per day) in a short period of time (including commission and logistics tasks)- crisis management in the pandemic, analysis and reduction of the effects on the company- Active participation in the implementation of many successful infrastructure projects (understanding the problem, designing a solution, planning, implementation, pilot, education, etc.)- Top customers: OTP Bank, T-Systems Magyarország, NÉBIH, AVHGA, SPAR, M-RTL Zrt., Hermann Ottó Intézet, Óbudai Egyetem, Miskolci Egyetem

Main responsibilities:Active participation in the company's infrastructure planning and implementation projects, in the insource and outsource (on-site and remote support) activities, the coordination of consulting and presales activities, strengthening and maintaining the relations with customers and technical decision support.Responsibilities:- Managing and performing daily operational activities- Day-to-day prequalification, supervision and technical support of presales matters- Maintenaning of vendor and customer relationsMain projects and results:- Design and implementation of the first geo-redundant hibird Exchange environment based on Microsoft Azure in Hungary- Design, implementation and migration of government (*.gov.hu) mail system (over 11,000 active users)- Participation in the deployment of the largest HPE 3PAR storage in the Wiegner data center (NISZ Cloud).- Planning, implementation and migration of countless complete infrastructure projects.- Top customer: FÖMI, NISZ Zrt., Graphisoft, Kaposvári Egyetem, Diákhitel Központ Zrt., Doecler Holding, Óbudai Egyetem

Main responsibilities:- Active participation in the company's IT outsource activities,- Operation of Windows systems and services with outstanding availability (carrying out 24/7 on-call duty)- Participation in projects, planning/implementation, - Remote system monitoring, troubleshooting, consultancy.Main projects and results:- New datacenter implementation (core infrastructure hardware & sotfware) for Antenna Hungária Zrt.

Main responsibilities:- Supervision of business-critical frontend and middleware applications (Check-In system)- Operation and monitoring of Windows-/UNIX-/Solaris-based systems and services- Incident, problem and release management,- Root cause and problem analysis. Customers: Lufthansa Passage (LPA), Lufthansa Systems Hungária Kft.
