This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for The Travel Management Companies (TMC ) for Electronic Data Submission with regards to data quality & submission support to the Business Travel Account (BTA) in Australia, New Zealand & Singapore markets by resolving transmission issues, payment issues and queries via conference calls and emails. Prompt resolution requires for all queries raised within defined SLA’s. The main purpose of the role is to do data analysis (on monthly billing pattern account wise for individual travel company, collaborating with ‘Support Team’ in India to reduce the bulk disputes volume), handling escalations, dispute resolution and TMC on boarding through live meeting.
