Lata is trainedhas gone special training to help seniors sell their home and has earned SRES designation from National Association Of Realtors to handle their sale as well as buying a replacement home. Lata is well trained and experienced to help investors, first time home buyers and any move up buying/selling. Lata moved to United States in 1975 and then to California in 1976 and started working in Information Technology, deciding to join Real Estate in 2005. In addition to English, Lata speaks Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Sandhi and Kutchhi. In addition to her SRES designation, Lata has proudly earned other professional designation from National Association of Realtor – ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Rep, e-Pro – Tech Savvy Realtor, GREEN – promoting green environment, PSA – Pricing Strategy Advisor, ATWD – At Home With DIversity and some additional designations like CDPE, BPOR, CHS.
