About Latanshu Chauhan
During the formative years of my career, I was in Telecom Network Support. Moved from a Field & NOC support engineer to managing accounts like Bharti(Airtel). The primary focus was on the correct deployment and efficient support. The goal was to have high uptime for the Network. Working here gave me exposure to managing the network efficiently, which paved way for my next role as a Solution Architect for Managed Services & Solutions for Telecom networks. Which came with an inherent responsibility of designing allied Third Party Solutions. Which later got scaled to Designing Third party product solution for SCADA & Signalling Network in Utility segment. This role gave exposure to vendor management, RFI & RFP Proposal Submission, Costing & Pricing of Bids.One thing which I realized during my joining and became much more evident while Designing Solutions and Services was the difficulty of getting trained resources. This is one of the single most important issue industry faces. The freshers cannot be put on the job directly and the moment they are productive, after getting trained on the job for 8/10 months, they will move to the next company. This gave birth to Tejas Knowledge Services. This role was entrepreneurial. I was working as a product designer as well as presales, sales virtually heading the entire division. This role expanded my vision, ability to start & run new ventures and made me an entrepreneur. My entrepreneurial started with, YOL(Your Online Library). We met a lot of publishers, but the response from their side was not encouraging, so we shelved YOL. While the product development of YOL was going on, I started working with Innove Technologies to launch their Education Management Software in India. Post that to work in a more holistic manner as an entrepreneur, I moved to Innov4sight as Business Head for Biotech & Bio-MED Verticals parallel to taking care of Business Development for the Entire Group.
