Employed within the Risk Management Unit for the County of Los Angeles Probation department. With over 5000 employees and over 2000 minors, our areas of responsibility included Health and Safety; Emergency Preparedness; Security and Loss Prevention. It was my responsibility to analyze departmental policies and procedures as it relates to the above mentioned areas. In addition, I conducted audits and supplied correctives and/or directives to departmental management and the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors.
