• Sacramento Division Escrow Manager, Responsible for 4 escrow coordinators, 42 communities, and 53 sales agents.• Oversee sales contract and review processes ensuring contract ratification or cancelation/deposits/transfers are being processed timely.• Manage sales progression from sales to close on standing inventory and/or pure lot purchases. Facilitate weekly status calls, buyer default management, and verifying start releases and permit approvals.• Serve as the Division’s Lender and Internal Title Company Liaison (2 Locations Roseville, Elk Grove) within the Sacramento Division.• Manage Divisional contract documents in Encompass, Salesforce, DocuSign, and the AS400 DOS, International accounting system. • Responsible for Weekly Closing Reporting(s) for Divisional President, Sales Vice President, Controller, and Accounting.• Manage sales administrative activities, i.e., obtain attorney information, obtain, and order or request surveys or comps, track title work order for buyers, receipt of CO’s, prepare escrow letters lenders per contact age and progression.• Maintain community specific documents for default and contract cancellations. • Manage closing package creation. (Closing statement, legal documents, PWC enrollment forms, mortgage release, and UCC’s when needed.)• Ensure post-closing activities are completed including mortgage release. • Responsible for the Release and Close of 1403 Homes in 2020 FY for Lennar Sacramento, Sacramento FY closing Record for Lennar. Average Closing Pace: 25 -28 homes per Week. • Responsible for automating all escrow file data for the Sacramento Division (2019)• Moved Division Escrow ranking from 23rd to 3rd within the entire Lennar National Organization within one year in the internal “Game of Homes” Contest.

Conduct sales contract and review process ensuring contract cancels/deposits/transfers are being processed timely.• Supervise backlog management from sales to close, conduct weekly status calls, buyer default management, and verifying start releases and permit approvals.• Manage appraisal process, i.e., confirm site visit and provide comp data.• Serve as the division’s Lender and all three title Companies liaison within the division.• Maintain divisional contract documents in Sales 1440 and/or E1 CRM• Maintain closing report(s) for Divisional President and Controller along with accounting.• Manage sales administrative activities, i.e., obtain attorney information, obtain, and order surveys, track title work order for buyers, receipt of CO’s, prepare escrow letters lenders when needed.• Manage the set-up of community inventory in E1 and Sales 1440 and/or E1 CRM, i.e. enter the legal lot, block address, lot premiums, base price model types where applicable.• Maintain community specific documents in Sales 1440 and/or E1 CRM for contracts.• Manage closing package creation. (Closing statement, legal documents, PWC enrollment forms, mortgage release, and UCC’s when needed.)• Ensure post-closing activities are completed including mortgage release (if applicable).
