In this role, I assisted the Financial Advisors and clients with navigation of and conversion to our new brokeragewebsite. I updated online access, adding and removing brokerage accounts as needed. I documented conversationswith clients in log system and escalated research requests through the appropriate channels.

While serving as a Clerk III, I filed physician dictations in patients’ medical record files. I organized and maintainedincoming and outgoing correspondences, and served as the point person for requests for patient medical records.
