I have worked in the field of Child Development for the past 25 years. Since my youth it has always been my life’s goal to provide education, support and resources to children and families as I assist them in reaching their full potential. Prioritizing the parent-child relationship, caregiver-child relationship is mandatory while encouraging parental/caregiver bonds and attachment. My career path has involved being a Healthy Steps Specialist, Child Life Specialist, Developmental Therapist, Certified Lactation Counselor and Early Childhood Developmental Consultant, providing services to children in a variety of settings including the hospital, childcare centers, clinics, and homes, but all with the same goal of supporting families in the formative stages of the parent-child relationship. As well as understanding and valuing the relationship and imperative role of Social-Emotional development and well-being; creating the foundation to success in all areas of development. I have provided coaching, training and consultations to Pediatricians, medical providers, parents, educators, and organizations. I am experienced in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as well as providing trauma-informed care. I have received training in a variety of evidence-based models that involves supporting Providers, including reflective supervision. I am passionate about equitable, quality, and developmental services for all starting prenatally. I look forward to our work together!
