Manages all aspects of Producer and Agencies, and Brokerage house licensing functions. Ensures compliance with company and state regulations regarding the licensing of insurance personnel. Processes applications, appointments, renewals and cancellations for agent licenses. Troubleshoots and resolves inquiries from producers and internal DDWA customers. Perform a wide variety of database functions in Salesforce and other systems, in order to set up and maintain Producer records and commission payments and ensures quality control.
