During my time with Top Glove, I was assigned to the manufacturing plant for surgical gloves.Roles and Responsibilities:• Evaluate any new changes in regards to raw material or process design to ensure system runs optimally • Lead validation team for newly updated processes and new machinery • Coordinate and oversee on process efficiency for 14 weighing bridge (WB) facilities in Malaysia and 7 WB facilities overseas• Conduct analysis on customer complaints and initiate containment plans to control issues faced using FMEA, 5 Why's, Fishbone analysis and other investigation tools• Experienced in internal and supplier audit for ISO9001 and ISO13485• Project involvements targeted to improve in process quality while reducing cost for production, packing and weighing processes• Troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis for issues faced in manufacturing area with LEAN and PFMEA techniquesProjects:• Designed and set up of microbiological lab for new in house testing facility• Validated and evaluated process efficiency and process quality for newly built production lines• Digitalised QA inspection forms with automated email for result disposition • Enhanced weighing process by preventing large variance ticket saving • Studied on detection of scrap using AI during weighing activity • Implemented PowerBI for convenient analysis for QA data
