As the Director of College Counseling at The University of Toledo and the founder of Healthy Huex, a mental health and wellness company dedicated to empowering women, I am passionate about creating impactful solutions that drive positive change. My career is built on a foundation of strategic leadership, innovation, and a deep commitment to mental health and wellness.In my role at the university, I lead a team of over 10 dedicated professionals, managing a budget exceeding $800,000 and securing more than $1,000,000 in grant funding. One of my proudest achievements is the development and implementation of a comprehensive suicide prevention training program that has made a significant difference in our community. My expertise extends to strategic thinking, problem-solving, and change management, allowing me to craft and execute effective plans that foster growth and resilience.As the owner of Healthy Huex, LLC, I channel my enthusiasm for wellness into empowering women through insightful speaking engagements and transformative wellness programs. I’m driven by a vision to expand my impact further as a public speaker and author in the mental health and wellness arena. My goal is to step into a role as an executive director or chief executive officer, where I can leverage my skills in wellness, prevention, and community engagement to inspire and lead at the highest level.I thrive in environments that challenge me to utilize existing resources creatively and address complex problems with efficiency and empathy.
