With experience on the elementary, middle school, high school and collegiate levels, I have been successful in undergirding effective educational strategies with teacher wellness while prioritizing relationships-building. I am currently researching effective implementation of collaborative practices and performance feedback.Within my first year in my current position, I assembled a team that collaborated to adopt new textbooks and digital resources for all students (K-12), established high-functioning PLCs, and created common Mock Milestones for each tested subject area in science. Students demonstrated significant growth, as indicated by their Milestone scores, with the district’s overall proficiency improving from 36% to 47% within two years.
