 Read and interpret contracts, and the Jobs Upfront Means More Pay manual to ensure the contractors and Department of Social Services (DSS) are operating within the scope of these terms. Evaluated the overall success of the Job Upfront Means More Pay program. Conducted participant surveys to evaluate contractor’s performance. Created a monitoring tool to evaluate the contractor and DSS compliance, and program success. Created reports that outline to the contractor and DSS the program deficiencies, and provide corrective actions and program recommendations.  Assisted with the JUMMP taskforce in providing recommendations for revamping the program. Created and facilitated training to educate the contractor on what is expected of them from DSS. Participated in the Nuts & Bolts of Effective Leadership program.
