Preparation of asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Management of inventories & PPEs (Policies, Tagging, Assets Register, Disposal, Quarterly Stock Take and amongst others).Documentation of financial transactions by entering account information.Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit or loss statement, and other reports.Monitoring/review of accounting and related system reports for accuracy.Preparation and review of the budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. Analysis of revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensuring expenditure control. Maintenance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly Pro-forma cash flows.Filing of annual returns with various regulatory agencies of State and Federal Governments such as the Federal Inland Revenue Service, States Internal Revenue Services, Corporate Affairs Commission, and Nigerian Communications Commission.Handling audit process with External Auditors and Internal Auditors as well as Quality Management System and Information Technology Service Management System.Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and customers. Perform reconciliation of account balances including inter-company, inter-branch account, payroll, fixed assets, and stock reconciliationPrepare monthly commentaries on revenue per revenue stream, product segment/cost line (Direct Cost) of the Management reportResolve disputes with corporate customers, Update and Maintain accurate records /Customer Security Deposits.Ensure all sales reports including documents are fully received from all locations at due dates and in the right reporting formats.Raise queries on all inadequacies and follow through to resolution.Obtain daily transactions reports and match payments to Invoices.
