I am currently serving as the Chief of Nursing Officer at Dar Al Shefa Hospital, where I bring extensive expertise and leadership in nursing and healthcare management. I hold a PhD and a Master’s Degree in Community Health Nursing from Ain Shams University. With over 10 years of experience as an Infection Control Officer and 3 years as a Lecture Assistant at the Faculty of Nursing at Badr University in Cairo (BUC), I have developed a deep understanding of both clinical practice and academic teaching. Before my current role in Saudi Arabia, I served as the Chief of Nursing Officer in Egypt for 2 years.In addition to my academic qualifications and professional experience, I have completed a course in Hospital Administration, which has further strengthened my skills in Nursing Administration, Infection Control, and Quality Management. My work is also informed by hands-on experience with CBAHI Accreditation and JCI Accreditation, ensuring that the highest standards of healthcare quality and safety are met.I am passionate about advancing healthcare excellence and am dedicated to continuous learning and professional development to better serve the communities I work.
