PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS:• Procurement of spare, generating the indents for material requirements and codification with the material requirement for stock of spares in SAP software.OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:• Preparation of documentation and record. • Preparation of SOP’s, revision and there training to all team members. • Responsible for smooth functioning and maintenance of all Utility equipment’s.• Responsible for maintaining critical sparesFACILITY MANAGEMENT:• Ensure that the maintenance services from external vendors are delivered in line with the contractual commitments and within budgets.• Develop local vendors for attending to maintenance, electrical, biometrics system breakdown at sites.• Identifying and Managing the delivery of facility management services.• Manage stationary requirements at site and define the workflow of the same with the vendor• Ensure compliance of minimum wages acts for payments and statutory compliance of all maintenance contractors on site• Sync up with the housekeeping associate to ensure house-keeping is as per client standards. Find avenues for disposal of house-keeping waste at the site• Prepare and review the preventive maintenance schedules on a monthly basis, weighing scale license renewals and update the same.• Develop tender documents for Annual Maintenance Contracts, wherever applicable• Operational Risk Management, Audits and Compliance• Escalation of Incidents/Problem

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule.• Responsible for smooth operations/ maintenance of utilities (Medium Pressure (8Kg/cm2) Boiler Capacity-4.5Ton/hrX6 no’s, Cooling Towers, AHU’s, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Vacuum pumps/ Booster Pumps, Chillers (3500 TR), Air Compressor (2200cfm), and bringing down the cost of Utilities.• Having good exposure into utilities maintenance into API unit.• Overall responsibility for all maintenance activities including annual maintenance contracts, breakdown maintenance of all equipment, and preventive maintenance systems.• Execution of all engineering projects• Designing and implementing appropriate systems preventive maintenance, equipment history and asset register.• Initiate and lead Energy conservation projects.• Preparation and control of annual plant maintenance budgets.• Maintenance planning and control.• Developing vendors for spares and contractors for outside maintenance services• Safety of personnel, facilities and equipment.• Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations etc.• Direct responsibility for achieving the usage factors for utilities• Fire Hydrant system, Compilation of monthly engineering reports.• Knowledge of cGMP, Six sigma tools, 5s, Poke-yoke, lean manufacturing, Kaizen, SAP.• Monitoring & Maintaining Project Drawings & any other document issued from engineering Department.• Responsible for modification in project drawings with the use of AutoCad software.• Liaison with the Site Operations Manager & Finance Analyst on site to ensure smooth operations at site.• Fill in for Site Ops Manager in case site ops manager is not available. Should learn basic processes over a period of time.
