I get to solve for the simple needs of small agencies, the data-intense and real-time needs for large agencies, and the "when will my bus be here" needs for their riders.Project "Butterfly:" advisory and mentor role in the redesign of a traffic management system starting with honest-to-goodness research.TouchPass: sole UX designer leading the redesign of both rider- and agency-facing web apps dedicated to account management, payments, and fare collection.NextApp: sole UX designer for effort to shift from a project-based to product-based approach of a multi-agency fare payment and journey planning ecosystem.Traveler App: served as both a lead and contributor to our mobile app solutions for four of the world's largest transit agencies.
