Experienced Mathematics Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in education management, I have over 30 years of experience in the field. I have served as a middle and high school mathematics teacher, a former Principal, and currently hold the role of Digital Teaching and Learning Coordinator. My expertise spans Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, Teacher Training, and Staff Development. I hold a Master of Education (MEd) in Teaching and Learning with Technology from Ashford University, and my doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership specialize in Emerging Technologies at Abilene Christian University. My dissertation focused on educators’ adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) through the lens of the Concern Based Adoption Model (CBAM) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Additionally, I have been deeply involved in the implementation and progression of the AVID college readiness model in our district over the past four years. My training includes Mathematics, tutorology, schoolwide leadership, elective teacher, and coordinator strands, where I have served in multiple capacities to support district-wide initiatives.
