Current• Scheduling interviews of interested candidates.• Conducting preliminary HR interviews to understand more about the candidates.• Emailing candidates – keeping them informed about interview status.• Following up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ.• Creating & maintaining database effectively and managing candidates’ information.• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.• Preparing and issuing offer letters for the candidates.• Maintaining the data of entire resumes received through various sources.• Maintaining high knowledge of company payroll policy, resolving payroll discrepancies & managing payroll operations.• Ensuring every staff undergoes the training process.• Checking resignation letters received, checking last working day and acceptance.• Conducting Onboarding and Exit formalities for the candidates.
