Key Responsibilities: – Assisting the day-to-day running of 6 photography studios, allocating appropriate freelance photographers and briefing on assignments, taking bookings for our photographic/creative services and studio hire, overseeing images and quality control within the studio, ensuring all jobs in the studio are delivered on time to agreed deadlines, responsible for equipment maintenance, care and inventory, working alongside clients, stylists, art directors aswell as on my own, understanding traditional film and digital photography and keeping up to date with industry trends, developments and new techniques,developing expertise with software to digitally enhance images.developing expertise with software to digitally enhance images.

Ensuring stills products are shot to the highest industry standard, creating stylised and high end images, continuously develop and implement tight stills imagery guidelines that outline the various lighting set ups for different products, ensure consistency throughout the site in terms of image guidelines crops to ensure visual cohesionOn the fashion set were the following; Working with the Senior Photographer to ensure daily lighting tests are submitted on time. Directing the models to ensure the best pose is captured that showcases the product to its best advantage. Working with the stylist to ensure the poses are as per the style guides and convey the brand attitude. Adhere to Selfridges image guidelines in terms of crops to ensure consistency and visual cohesion.Work with the stylist to edit the images prior to the Imagery manager’s final selectionCreative shoots
