Key Projects and Responsibilities:• Responsible for managing complete database of National Healthcare Innovation portal (www.nhinp.org) Under National Health Mission. Reviewed all the best practices uploaded on the portal, shortlisted the promising ones, did their scoring on the defined parameters, subject wise scrutinizing and conducted field evaluation of few innovations, which were presented by the States at 4th National Summit on Good replicable Practices and Innovations on Public Healthcare Systems in India held at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 6th to 8th July 2017.• Involved in the Gender audit study of Janani Suraksha Yojna for data collection, analysis and interpretation.• Involved in generating KPIs of the states from Health Management Information System for Ministry of Health • Contributed for write-ups of selected practices published in the 4th Coffee Table Book on Good, Replicable and Innovative Practices titled “Unlocking New Ideas”, released by Honorable Speaker of Lok Sabha. • Responsible for providing technical support for developing research proposal, designing study, sampling, tool development, data collection, analysis and report writing.

Key Projects and Responsibilities:• Managed National Healthcare Innovation Portal (https://nhinp.org/): maintaining and updating state wise proposals, reviewing and scoring the uploaded innovations, sending feedback to States/Stakeholders on monthly basis.• Contributed in preparation of abstracts for the 3rd Coffee Table Book titled “Winds of Change” on ‘Good, Replicable and Innovative Practices’.• One of the core team member in evaluation of Home Based Newborn Care Plus program in 2 Districts of Madhya Pradesh• Wrote an article in Tribal Health Policy regarding leprosy status of tribal population in India• Contributed for data analysis, data interpretation and report writing of a rapid assessment of public healthcare services accessibility and utilization in Dharchula Block of District Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand.• Assisted the core team in supportive supervision of various National Health Mission programme visits• Prepared Health profile of all 16 states for 10th Common Review Mission. • Rapid assessment of 104 medical helpline of Punjab: Contributed in methodology, literature review, field visits, conducted interviews, performed trend analysis, thematic analysis and drafting of final report.

The Leprosy Mission is an international Christian charity working towards the eradication of the causes and consequences of leprosy. Worked as a Physiotherapist - JRF for an ICMR funded project at Stanley brown laboratory. Handled dual responsibility of JRF and community Physiotherapist.Key Responsibilities• Involved in the integrated community development project for training support (capacity building). • Involved in planning and implementation of community outreach activities at Tahirpur Leprosy colony • Provided training to leprosy technicians, undergraduate students of nursing and physiotherapy, paramedic, staff nurse and ASHAs/health workers at training unit of TLM under prevention of disability program (POID)• Facilitated and formed self-care and self-help groups in the community as well as in the wards• Managed physiotherapy and rehabilitation department (non-leprosy cases)• Responsible for mid-term and annual reporting of Rehabilitation unit• Responsible for identifying ideal subjects (leprosy affected people) for the ICMR study.
