A total of around 15+ years of experience in Human Resources. Currently associated with a renowned global publishing house from last 10 years as a part of Learning & Development and DEI team looking after DEI & training initiatives, employee engagement and organizational development areas. Before this I have handled talent acquisition team for all business needs. The last exposure was in headhunting and recruitment (for 4+years). We specialized in senior and middle level placements for our IT, Non-IT and Hospitality clients, based across the country and abroad also.
