I have worked with Customer Success, Product Operation, and Escalation teams at BYJU'S, where I was responsible for planning, delivering, and administering comprehensive training programs for updated product features and new onboarding for the Internal Resolution Team and B2B clients. I have also planned and executed national and international events at Woggish Fashion Pvt. Ltd., where I was the primary contact for clients during the pre-event and post-event processes.I hold a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from St. Thomas College, Bhilai, and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Rungta Engineering College.
