Started out as a dispatcher where my duties were calling drivers to report to work to operate schedules departing at certain times. I was also responsible for keeping up with the drivers hours and making sure the drivers didn't violate DOT regulations. After dispatching for a year i was promoted to Fleet Planner were my duties were to count out locations to make sure they would have equipment available to start the day and if then i would route buses from the closest location. I also make sure locations have enough buses for training and or special projects going on at various locations.

My duties were to place orders in the system and dispatch them to a driver in that area that could do it, I also would call the driver to make sure there were no delays in service and if so would call the client to make them aware

Started out as an AOT inbounding and outbounding drivers and entering in load information, I was then cross trained to preform the duties pertaining to the rail keeping track of rail information how many loads belong to ups and needs to be unloaded at the hub, I also scheduled loads to be taken to the rail and placed on the train. I was then cross trained to become a yard controller which consisted of running the yard and managing 10 to 20 shifters(yard dogs) instructing them on what trailers to pull off the doors and place on a pad space and what trailers to put on the doors and what size, I also kept track of the hub volume which helped determine which trailer size and which loads to place on the doors. I was then promoted to dispatcher and transfered to the Dallas hub where I would dispatch the drivers their loads for that day and the following day, I would perform pad checks making sure that loads were on the assigned pad spaces, I did tractor checks seeing how many tractors were inservice and how many tractors were out of service and for how long, I also communicated with the hub as far as the volume for that day and how many trailers where going to be used and to which locations they would be sent to, I also kept track of the drivers DOT times

Receiving inbound calls from current past due customers setting up payment arrangements to bring their accounts current before a repossession was order on the vehicle

Receiving calls from current policy holders regarding their homeowners insurance. Scheduling times for an insurance adjustor to come out and inspect the damages to the home

Front desk task, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, filing patients information in alpha and numeric order, making sure all the equipment was sterilized and ready for the doctor, and preforming per-eye exams for the doctor
