- My project was centred around the calibration of a FT-NIR measurement device for ATURA finished products and wet extraction process samples. This included the collation of data from wet chemistry reference methods and computational analysis to create improved calibration models.-New Project Development including process development projects and formulation of new application ideas using ATURA protein products and Aquamin mineral products.- Quality testing of products, including protein content determination, moisture content, particle size and organoleptic analysis.

- Reviewing and analysing applications for potential risks prior to underwriter review.- Maintaining communication streams between brokers and solicitors.
