With a doctoral degree in nursing practice and multiple certifications, I have over nine years of experience in providing holistic and evidence-based care to patients with obesity and related comorbidities.My mission is to improve the lives of individuals struggling with obesity by addressing the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of this condition. I build strong therapeutic relationships with my patients, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate nutrition, behavior, physical activity, and pharmacotherapy when appropriate. I also educate and empower my patients to achieve their weight loss goals and develop healthier lifestyles.
