Leading the efforts of a team, I'm a dynamic and committed mentor to my staff, developing and executing sales programs to increase profits in my store. Responsible for overseeing a $50+ million dollar club, in charge of the overall sales floor look of the club as well as making sure new merchandise is presented to members in exciting new ways, setting aisles and endcaps to planograms, building four pallet pods to catch the members attention, delivering the ultimate member experience, making sure deliveries are running as scheduled, in charge of 20+ associates on a daily and nightly basis, making sure associates are in compliance with company standards, policies and procedures and safety guidelines, help to make the club to grow a profit of 10% or more over last year sales, making sure schedules are based off club needs, training and coaching associates to the next level possible, contributing to generating new ideas to draw more sales for the company
