Current Customer Service, Testing Administrator for : Pan, Castle Worldwide, Pearson Vue , Prometric, PSI and Certiport. Facilitate operational and technical support calls with the Global Help Desk File reports on any irregular test center situations or complaints Supervise test center security by ensuring all locks and security systems are properly used Resolve candidate and building problems to the appropriate corporate manager Manage quality assurance through audits or other company programs Troubleshoot the center’s computers and other equipment to ensure they are operating properly. Assist Trainers with their course materials thru Core Scheduler Manage course activities including: Classroom assignments, class schedules, Sign in sheets and completed course certificates
