Good day everyone, I am Latosha Kelly, I am a Holistic Practitioner, Practicing Mindfulness Meditation and teaching / guiding people who are interested in the mind, body and spiritual health connection. I studied Mindfulness under the Transformational College Accredited By Both Joeel and Natalie Rivera. I founded (NBM) New Beginnings Meditation to offer effective and complimentary modalities designed to improve the quality of your life. Helping people improve their health and well-being from a mindfulness-based guided one on one or group approach. Incorporating techniques such as breathe work and hand gestures also offering the history and philosophy behind the practices of meditation. NBM offers online mindfulness meditation and spiritual programs, and coaching to support whatever life circumstance brings you in "the door." Mindfulness is more than meditation; it's a way of life that leads you to open your heart andmind to what is really present. Most of my work experience earlier in life was in Bookkeeping / Tax Consulting in a corporate setting. I enjoyed working as A Tax Consultant (Preparer and Book keeper) but there was something missing .It was a sense of fulfillment being a positive light into someone else's life (being a inspiration or being Inspired to build something sustainable through those challenging times, And here's a poem that embodies just that "(Bring in the Light and the Darkness will Vanish)." -Yogananda one of my favorite quotes. Mindfulness is and has been a beneficial practice that I’ve been committed to ever since. After going through a one-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher program withReina W, I found skills to teach Mindfulness to a broad population. My evolution as ateacher, coach, and mentor continues to evolve daily. I have become deeply rooted in Mindfulness an Spirituality. It has been quite transformative! Starting a business is no easy task. However, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow and walk on the path of learning as I go. I firmly believe the experiences in life build on one another.
