Currently in the role of Senior Consultant, I provide analysis and scheduling assistance to the government, aiding them in making decisions based upon critical path, dependencies and milestones of interest. Also, I provide Primavera and scheduling training to both the government and internal team members. In the role of Project Manager, I am responsible for multi-disciplined IT projects. Through effective use of project schedules, project definitions, reports, other project management documentation, meetings, and both written and oral communication, I am able to coordinate the implementation of new infrastructure, modification of current infrastructure, and removal of outdated infrastructure while dealing with the constraints of a work force with different management structures, different areas of expertise, and different work styles located in different places. Previously as a Systems Engineer, I worked with multiple government programs to ensure dependencies were controlled, communicated, documented, maintained, and reported.
