Our support gives each leader back time in their day to focus on the development team members and allows them to build rapport with their team. When that additional time is spent with the team boost the morale in the store and it also shows each member the leaders truly care about them as a person which creates the open and honest policy. We also are able to sift through candidates with the mindset of our fragile customers that each location supports, which makes a huge impact on Best Buys Brand. As a team we lean on each other for ideas and suggestions when we may have "road block".
