- Oversee day-to-day processes, including management of action steps necessary for successful execution of both strategic projects/initiatives and process improvement- Supervise team of 12 professionals responsible for managing vendor relationships, managing warranty repairs, and reporting financial trends- Develop operational strategies while grasping key business drivers, i.e. historical performance, industry/competitive landscape and consumer segmentation-Coach, train and develop associates through both informal and formal job performance-based feedback- Evaluate staff performance by diagnosing opportunities for improvement and providing effective training and professional development- Negotiate contracts and manage financial reporting for provider payments- Develop and implements changes that improve departmental operations that added value to the store’s bottom line- Lead weekly meetings with executive leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and establish milestones- Participate in Manager on Duty rotation, monitors associate productivity and drove financial performance- Evaluate consumer reports on a monthly basis.
