I am a Management Analyst/Specialist, currently pursuing a career in Administrative Management, with an emphasis in Human Capital (HR). I recently received my Notary appointment (MD) to add to my credibility as a reliable business source. And I'm also studying to pass my HRCI-PHR certification exam. With more than 17 years in the Administrative and Operations Management field with the Government (as a Fed and Contractor), I have honed numerous useful business skills and decided to specialize in HR and Operations. I've worked with mid and senior level management staff directly supporting administrative operations and staff management in various areas, such as: HR/Personnel, Procurement, Property, Space management, Time & Attendance, Travel, Transit benefits, Meeting and Conference Logistics and Records Management. However, I chose to pursue a career position focused on Operations and HR in order to expand on and learn next-level management skills and grow within a people-centered (Kaizen) organization. Some of the most important attributes that I display regardless of whether I'm working with a team, in an office/business setting or operating in my personal life are: Focus, growth-mindset, team oriented, act with integrity, treat people with personable professionalism, stay flexible and coachable, and be responsible. I believe that positive productivity and a respectable work ethic are integral and are what I also look for now in my work environment and general business settings.
