- Undertakes administrative tasks ensuring that the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.- Coordinates office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.- Manages agendas and appointments for the team.- Manages phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).- Creates and updates records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.- Tracks office supplies stock and places orders when necessary.- Submits timely reports and prepares presentations/proposals as assigned.- Processes, packages and delivers tax returns to clients in a timely manner.- Assists clients with the online portal and document storage applications.
