Provide daily care for at-risk children and ensure continued growth and development while building a positive and supportive relationship with child’s family; work in collaboration with social worker and other governmental and agency professionals to ensure child’s best welfare is a priority. Keep accurate records on child, including: mental, dental, mental health, education, monthly progress, life book, visitations and any written material necessary for case planning; provide adequate notice (at least 10 days) to agency when requesting removal of child from the home. Report any changes to the living arrangements or family circumstances to the agency immediately; notify social worker regarding extended child care arrangements; maintain safe and sanitary home environment and fulfills all training and educational requirements. Meet with foster care worker monthly and the clinician weekly; provide recreational and enrichment activities that will promote the healthy development of the child; keep confidential any information regarding the foster child and the child's family that is given by the social worker, biological parent or foster child, unless the child would be in immediate harm. Comply with state, agency and governmental regulations.
