Serves as the squadron Security Assistant, responsible for administering the security program in accordance with Wing Information Protection (IP) and higher-level guidance. Create, administer and track the initial indoctrination and annual security training requirements and documents for all squadron members to ensure compliance. Establish and maintain security Incident Reports (IR) on behalf of the Commander. Works closely with the Commander and First Sergeant to ensure highly charged, emotional situations that arise due to delicate matters and determinations such as disciplinary actions, security issues and access suspensions are handled appropriately.Verify security clearance status within Defense Information System for Security (DISS) to determine individuals’ current federal background or security clearance and credentials and grant access to the appropriate level of information systems, restricted areas, buildings and levels of classified information. As a Trusted Agent, utilizes e-App initiation process for the squadron’s contractors’ background clearances before they are granted Contractor Badges or Common Access Cards (CACs) to acquire building badges and system access.Regularly utilize DISS to run monthly reinvestigation, suspension and personnel rosters. Initiate investigations and re-investigations according to Wing IP guidelines. Review all e-App submissions prior to submission to Wing IP to ensure accuracy. Coordinate scheduling appointments for fingerprint intake, ID photos, credential activation with partner agencies.Unit Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection Representative (ATFP), train and task squadron members to conduct Random Anti-Terrorism Measures (RAMS), while tracking and reporting all RAMS to the ATFP officer.Serves as an alternate Resource Advisor by overseeing financial transactions utilized to support the mission. Ensures that budgeting is prioritized to maintain adequate funding for the unit.

Serves as the primary point of contact to the squadron commander of the 92d Logistics Readiness Squadron located at Fairchild AFB, Washington. Provides administrative support programs to include but not limited to task management, cybersecurity liaison (CL), Government Travel Card (GTC) program, Defense Travel System (DTS), Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, and unit recognition program awards. Administers programs and serves as the primary source of information. Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Serves as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices. Monitors personnel action requests, tracks personnel, manpower, and training transactions as documentation flows through the squadron and provides status reports to management. Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization. Provides advice and guidance to staff in the organization on administrative, clerical, and procedural requirements. Oversees the execution of the fitness program, evaluation system, promotion testing scheduling and notifications, training requirements, and the sponsorship program for onboarding nee active duty members and civilians to the squadron.

Serves as a Child Program Assistant in one or more programs. I ensure through proactive and proven practices the whereabouts and safety of children in my care. Works in ratio with children and youth. I plan and lead a variety of learning and fun activities to engage the children and help in their development. I assist or lead children and youth in special projects, homework, and life skills. I created lesson plans to be executed in the classroom. I established an environment that promotes positive child and youth interactions among other children and adults. I use prepared curriculum/program materials and assists with developing a list of needed supplies and equipment. I recreate games and play materials or come up with original ideas to interact with the children. I use approved child guidance and youth development techniques as provided by the supervisors and written guidance and directives. During daily schedule of activities, such as on field trips, outings, or special events, I ensure the safety appropriate learning environment of the children. I promote and model safety, fitness, health, and proper nutrition practices, including serving appropriate snacks/meals. As part of my administrative duties I maintain program participation data and complete required daily reports. I acted as the temporary room leader on two separate occasions, August 2017-October 2017 and April 2018-August 2018. Promoted to lead teacher in April 2019.
