Design and implement ABA treatment programs for children, teenagers and adults on the autism spectrum. Supervise a treatment team of therapists in the process of setting up/maintaining ABA programs. Supervise the treatment team assigned to each patients case to help ensure that CARD provides top-quality patient service. Complete patient treatment/progress/intake reports, insurance reauthorizations and other supervisory responsibilities as is appropriate and necessary based on the patient service contract. Conduct initial and on-going assessments, and based on these assessments, design and maintain top quality treatment programs. Conduct program design and supervise behavioral therapists during regularly scheduled client meetings. Ensure 100% treatment integrity of recommend treatment hours for assigned clients. Conduct clinical and parent training meetings. Mentor and meet with assigned junior clinical staff/therapist prepare and review quarterly performance evaluations. Provides Remote supervision to clients currently, licensed in the State of Louisiana to practice as a Behavior Analysts. Work within office Managerial/Leadership role to ensure the effectiveness of day to day operations, such as ensuring contractual therapy hours are being fulfilled, staff are receiving adequate training to perform jog duties adequately and efficiently. Provide Behavior Analytic services for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities, within the age ranged of 18 years old to geriatric, at an intermediate care - residental treatment facility. In addition to IDD, these adults exhibited an array of other mental health diagnosis as well as violent behaviors, such as, not limited to, self injury, physical aggression, pica, elopement, which required behavior intervention to improve the quality of their life. Accountable for the delivery of behavioral services. Developed, implemented, and evaluated behavior support plans (including comprehensive functional behavioral assessments), data collection and reporting, and program evaluation. Conducts training for staff in applied behavior analysis, individual behavior support plans and other relevant topics to provide adequate staff training to facilitate optimal treatment and training. Monitors and evaluates behavior support plans progress to ensure effective implementation. Assited in development other types of behavioral health services plans, including psychiatric support plans and skill acquisition plans. Provides documentation (including data tables, graphs, and progress notes) to reflect and evaluate individuals' response to treatment. Participates as an effective member of the Unit and Interdisciplinary Teams to provide behavior analysis and behavioral health information and programming perspectives to facilitate overall service delivery. Monitors and evaluates use of restraints and emergency procedures and ensures their accurate and timely documentation to ensure appropriate and minimal use. Assists in the in the use and review of psychotropic medications such that these medications are only used in conjunction with adequate nonpharmacological supports, including counseling plans, and psychiatric support plans and behavior support plans. May assist in collecting information for evaluations to assess individuals' level of intellectual functioning and adaptive behavior.
