Accurately determine member’s financial needs on an individual case by case basis in order to recommend appropriate products and services, assist members in all aspects of the credit union’s services including opening new accounts and processing loans, accurately and efficiently input loan applications and disburse loan proceeds for member satisfaction and credit union compliance, process member loan closings and ensure loan documentation and disbursements are complete and accurate, and perform account maintenance to ensure that member information is accurate and complete.

Maintain friendly and professional customer interactions, establish new customer banking relationships through deposit accounts, lending and money management, review current account standing and identify cross-sell opportunities, adhere to PNC Bank security and audit procedures, along with ethics and company policies, maintain confidentiality of bank records and customer information and promote sales and best products and services.
