Point of contact for processing all onboarding paperwork for United States, Puerto Rico and Canada New Hires, following up as required to ensure that all documentation (DocuSign) is completed and accurate prior to the employee’s start date as outlined in the new hire checklist.- Process all employee record changes within the HRIS system via Dayforce (i.e., salary changes, leave of absences, promotion and supervisor updates. - Track and update New Hires status and provide weekly report using MS Excel to the Payroll department. - Initiate and review New Hire background checks via Risk Assessment and Sterling. - Complete I-9 and E-Verify compliance within 3 days of new hire start date.- Send Welcome Emails to New Hires within 2-4 days of start date including Employee ID #, direct deposit, time entry and benefit enrollment. - Create company email addresses for Prometric fulltime/part time employees/contractors via IDM and terminate email accounts and disable accesses on employee and/or contractor last day of employment via IDM ((Hitachi Identity Access Management)- Maintain personnel records according to government regulations and to ensure confidentiality.- Coordinate Employee Referral, Sign on Bonus and Tuition Reimbursement Program.- Coordinate labor law poster compliance for work sites within the US- Act as liaison between immigration attorneys and visa sponsored employees- Respond to unemployment claims via Equifax and prepare HRBPs for unemployment hearings as needed- Attend weekly meetings with the Talent Acquisition Team to stay abreast of hiring needs and retention efforts- Provide assistance to Talent Acquisition Team and perform other duties as assigned
