I am a senior at Western Illinois University, pursuing a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management. I have gained in-depth knowledge of supply chain management, and I am interested in internships and/or entry-level positions with a transportation or any supply chain related company in the quad city area.As a Production Associate at Arconic, I develop teamwork strategies implementing group projects, demonstrating my collaboration skills.I enjoy diversification and communication within my community. I am also experienced with employee training and inventory management, as I have led and trained 30+ new employees and reduced stock discrepancies by 20% in my previous role as a Team Lead at Xpac.
